Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SQL)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience with public policy research methodologies
- Knowledge of North Carolina municipal governance structures
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
