Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate public health policies aligned with Colorado's strategic goals
- Analyze legislative impacts and draft regulatory recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across local, state, and federal agencies
- Lead data-driven research projects using public health metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Mentor junior analysts on policy research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis (SPSS/R/Python)
- Proficient in Colorado state legislative processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license
