Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Stata)
- Demonstrated success with policy development and implementation
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Indiana legislative processes preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
