Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Deep knowledge of Washington state legislative processes
- Advanced data analysis and statistical modeling skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of influencing policy decisions
- Experience with public sector budgeting processes
