- Monitor federal/state legislation impacts on local operations
- Lead data collection and performance metric development

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expert knowledge of Ohio municipal governance structures
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license
