Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations aligned with state strategic goals
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with state agencies and stakeholders to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on state programs
- Lead cross-functional teams on special projects and policy evaluations
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with Indiana state government processes preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
