Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of complex urban policy issues affecting NYC communities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with NYC government operations
- Valid New York State driver's license
