Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and develop data-driven recommendations for state agencies
- Conduct research and prepare comprehensive reports on legislative proposals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, R, Python)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Arizona legislative processes and state agencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and Arizona residency required
