Responsibilities

- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Oregon
- Present findings to senior leadership and public officials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with policy impact assessment tools
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Oregon state legislative processes
- Valid Oregon driver's license
