- Monitor federal/state regulatory changes and assess compliance implications
- Manage research projects with $500K+ budgets and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, Stata)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory language
- Expertise in Colorado's legislative processes and budget cycles
- Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel statewide
