Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation
- Demonstrated success in presenting to legislative bodies
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma state budget processes
- Professional certification (e.g., CPPA, CPFA) preferred
- Active Oklahoma security clearance required
