- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for executive leadership

- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting state programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and state boards
- Design and evaluate program effectiveness metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory language
- Experience managing multi-year research projects with $500K+ budgets
- Ohio state government knowledge preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., PPFA, CPP) preferred
