Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts using advanced data modeling
- Develop policy briefs and implementation roadmaps for cabinet-level departments
- Coordinate cross-agency task forces on healthcare access and equity initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholder coalitions
- Manage $2M+ grant programs for community health initiatives
- Lead quantitative research using SAS/SPSS and Tableau
- Mentor junior analysts and supervise project workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (SAS/SPSS)
- Proven track record presenting to legislative bodies
- Colorado driver's license and clean record
- Security clearance eligibility
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare policy frameworks
- Certified Public Manager (CPM) preferred
