Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal healthcare policies through rigorous data analysis and stakeholder consultations
- Lead cross-agency initiatives to address emerging public health challenges and healthcare disparities
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for congressional review
- Manage complex datasets using statistical tools to identify trends and inform strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience with demonstrated impact on healthcare legislation
- Expertise in healthcare data systems (CMS, HHS databases) and statistical software (R, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, and public health emergency frameworks
- Exceptional written communication skills with published policy papers or reports
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
