Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on legislative proposals, regulatory frameworks, and market trends impacting federal real estate and acquisition.
- Develop and articulate clear policy recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to support agency goals.
- Prepare high-level briefing materials, including executive summaries, white papers, and congressional testimony.
- Manage stakeholder relations, serving as the primary point of contact for inter-agency coordination and external partnerships.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current government programs and recommend data-driven improvements for operational efficiency.
- Monitor legislative activity to ensure agency compliance and identify emerging opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience considered).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in policy analysis, government relations, or strategic consulting.
- Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively for diverse audiences, including senior executives and policymakers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government reporting tools.
