Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based policy recommendations for state agencies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government or public policy analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong understanding of Ohio state legislative processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management experience with competing priorities
- Valid Ohio driver's license
