Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2025 Product Roadmap, aligning strategic goals with business objectives and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Conduct deep market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Present clear, compelling product visions to stakeholders, executives, and investors to secure buy-in and resources.
- Drive user adoption and retention by leveraging data analytics to measure success and iterate on product performance.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of collaboration and agility within the product team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products or managing major product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
