Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of information technology programs and projects aligned with city goals.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of state and local government regulations and procurement processes.
