Responsibilities
- Oversee emergency preparedness programs and public health crisis response
- Manage grant-funded initiatives totaling $5M+ annually
- Develop data-driven health equity strategies for underserved communities
- Coordinate interagency collaborations with state/federal partners
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ health professionals
- Implement compliance with HIPAA/CDC protocols
- Analyze population health metrics to inform policy decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years progressive public health administration experience
- Current Kentucky Public Health Administrator certification
- Advanced proficiency in health data visualization tools
- Proven grant management and budget oversight experience
- Experience with emergency response protocols (NIMS/ICS)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
