Responsibilities

- Collaborate with community organizations and state health agencies on outreach programs
- Manage departmental budget allocation and resource optimization
- Oversee compliance with public health regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public health management experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proven experience with health data analysis and program evaluation
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Valid Ohio driver's license
