- Prepare high-impact reports for City Council and senior leadership
- Oversee grant-funded public health programs ($5M+ portfolio)
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced statistical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or related field
- 5+ years experience in government/public health analysis
- Advanced proficiency in R, SAS, or Python for health data modeling
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Demonstrated crisis management experience during public health emergencies
- Expertise in NYC's diverse demographic health disparities
- Clearances for federal/state public health data systems
- Proven grant management and budget oversight capabilities
