Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify trends and inform policy recommendations
- Develop and implement evidence-based health intervention programs
- Collaborate with state agencies and community partners to coordinate health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
- Manage grants and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams during public health emergencies
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and continuous improvement frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health analysis or program management
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Texas public health systems and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical audiences
- Proven project management experience with budget oversight
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Texas state security clearance
