Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health interventions for vulnerable populations
- Analyze complex epidemiological datasets using SPSS/R to identify health trends
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on chronic disease prevention initiatives
- Develop grant proposals securing $500K+ annually for health programs
- Coordinate with community stakeholders to address health equity gaps
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city council and federal agencies
- Mentor junior analysts on public health methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 5+ years of public health program analysis experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SAS/SPSS/R)
- Demonstrated success in securing federal/state health grants
- Knowledge of Ohio Public Health Standards and CMS regulations
- Experience leading community health coalitions
- Valid Ohio driver's license
