Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health datasets to identify emerging health trends and community needs
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for local health initiatives
- Lead cross-departmental collaborations on pandemic response and chronic disease prevention
- Create comprehensive health impact assessments for new county programs
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Present findings to elected officials and community stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with state and federal health reporting standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public health analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Demonstrated success in securing health-related grants
- Experience with Indiana public health regulations
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
