Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop evidence-based interventions for chronic disease prevention and health equity initiatives
- Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies on health programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement public health strategies across boroughs
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and recommend improvements
- Stay current with federal/state health regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public health data analysis or program management
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization tools
- Experience with NYC health systems or government regulations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and community stakeholders
- Valid New York State driver's license may be required
