Responsibilities
- Analyze complex epidemiological data to identify health trends and prioritize interventions
- Design and implement public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Lead inter-agency collaborations during health emergencies and outbreaks
- Develop policy recommendations based on quantitative research and community input
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Mentor junior staff and present findings to diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health analysis or program management
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS)
- Experience with health data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Valid California driver's license
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and local health ordinances
