Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy decisions
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Lead grant writing and program evaluation activities securing federal/state funding
- Train and mentor junior public health staff on data visualization and reporting best practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and GIS mapping
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel county-wide
- Strong written communication skills with demonstrated grant writing success
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
