Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Oversee community vaccination and outreach programs across Nashville
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy decisions
- Coordinate with state/federal health agencies (CDC, TDH)
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and budgets
- Lead cross-departmental health equity initiatives
- Train public health staff on compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health program management
- Active Tennessee Public Health Administrator certification
- Experience with emergency response coordination
- Proficiency in health data analytics tools (Tableau, SAS)
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and TN health regulations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
