Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health datasets to identify trends and inform strategic initiatives
- Develop evidence-based reports and recommendations for county leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement health equity programs
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Present findings to stakeholders including government officials and community partners
- Oversee data collection methodologies and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health analysis or research
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS)
- Strong understanding of health equity frameworks and social determinants
- Experience with grant management and compliance reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license
