Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform strategic interventions
- Develop and implement public health programs targeting underserved populations
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses for public health threats
- Secure and manage grant funding for community health initiatives
- Leverage GIS mapping to visualize health disparities and resource allocation
- Present findings to policymakers and community stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with federal/state health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government/public health sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Certified Public Health Professional (CPH) credential preferred
- Demonstrated grant writing and management experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health data privacy laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
