Responsibilities

- Analyze complex health datasets using statistical software (R, SAS, Python) to generate actionable insights
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for public health policies and intervention programs
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing community health initiatives across Denver County
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for public officials and community stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and grant requirements
- Maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in public health data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, or Python)
- Proven track record in designing and implementing community health programs
- Strong knowledge of epidemiological methods and health equity principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent professional credential
- Experience with local government public health initiatives preferred
