Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of public health emergency response experience
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification
- Experience managing multi-agency coalitions during crises
- Expertise in epidemiological surveillance and risk modeling
- Advanced proficiency in emergency management software (e.g., WebEOC)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
