Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives for disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify trends and recommend interventions
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Train community partners and stakeholders on health best practices
- Advocate for policy changes addressing social determinants of health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 5+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Expertise in epidemiological analysis and health informatics
- Proven grant writing and budget management skills
- Experience with crisis communication and emergency response
- Valid Colorado driver's license
