Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health disparities and inform strategic interventions

- Develop grant proposals and manage federal/state funding allocations
- Lead crisis response efforts for public health emergencies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health program management
- Valid California Public Health License (PHS)
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Proven track record in grant writing and federal compliance
- Experience with community engagement and culturally competent practices
- Certification in Emergency Management (CEM) preferred
- Valid California driver's license
