Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend intervention strategies
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and non-profits
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives and health education workshops
- Prepare detailed reports and policy recommendations for county leadership
- Supervise junior staff and interns in program execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience securing and managing public health grants
- Strong knowledge of KY public health regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
