Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations aligned with city strategic goals
- Analyze complex municipal data and legislative impacts for executive reports

- Monitor federal/state regulations affecting local governance

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R)
- Proven track record in policy research and implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with municipal budget processes and procurement
- Valid Colorado driver's license
