Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative impacts across healthcare, education, and economic sectors
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for state senators
- Coordinate with 67 county governments on implementation strategies
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
- Manage $5M+ grant portfolios for community initiatives
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on emerging issues
- Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes 120.57
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R/Stata)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Sunshine Law compliance
- Certified Public Manager (CPM) preferred
- U.S. citizenship required
