Responsibilities
- Oversee $50M+ infrastructure projects including road expansions and utility upgrades
- Develop and implement public works policies compliant with federal/state regulations
- Manage cross-departmental teams for multi-phase municipal initiatives
- Analyze budget allocations and optimize resource utilization
- Represent the city in stakeholder meetings and public hearings
- Lead emergency response coordination during natural disasters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of municipal project management experience
- Oklahoma PE license or equivalent public sector certification
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Demonstrated experience with FEMA grant applications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- US citizenship required for government clearance
