Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of municipal infrastructure projects worth $5M+
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory liaisons
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (FEMA, ODOT, ADA)
- Develop project budgets and oversee expenditure controls
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Present technical reports to city council and community stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
- 5+ years of public works infrastructure experience
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in Oklahoma
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS software
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification
- Experience with FEMA grant applications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
