Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of public infrastructure projects including roadways, utilities, and parks
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and regulatory compliance teams
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee contractor performance and quality assurance protocols
- Prepare progress reports for city council and stakeholder communications
- Ensure ADA compliance and sustainable development practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal project management
- PMP certification or equivalent government project credentials
- Proven expertise with Oklahoma DOT regulations and procurement processes
- Strong budget management skills for projects exceeding $5M
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
