Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable frontend applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex UI/UX features, working closely with product managers and designers.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards to ensure code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing efficient state management solutions (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across the application.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js and the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Proficiency: Deep understanding of React concepts such as Hooks, Context, and the component lifecycle.
- Tools: Solid experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, Yarn).
- Styling: Expertise in CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI) or pre-processors (Sass, Less).
- Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
