Responsibilities
- Develop Comprehensive SEO Roadmaps: Design and execute long-term organic growth strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct deep-dive audits of website architecture, crawlability, and indexing to ensure optimal search engine performance.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-rich, user-centric content that ranks well and converts visitors.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Link Building & Outreach: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO, site architecture, and schema markup.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Content Strategy: Demonstrated success in creating data-driven content strategies that drive organic traffic growth.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders, and strong leadership qualities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
