Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices architecture for the Project 2026 platform.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across distributed environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade software in a fast-paced environment.
