Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence; mentor junior developers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate delivery and ensure reliability.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all applications adhere to strict state security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a modern development environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Database Management: Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions from conception to deployment.
