Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure across multiple geographic locations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Enforce strict cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
- Manage user access control, identity management, and system backups.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT modernization projects.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems administration or network engineering.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.
