Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization environments, and network systems.
- Enforce strict security protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive government data and citizen information.
- Oversee system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning to minimize downtime.
- Lead major technology upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, preferably within a government or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with network security, firewalls, and data protection compliance (e.g., NIST, HIPAA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.
