Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOD security standards and CISSP guidelines.
- Oversee the secure migration of legacy systems to modern cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Perform root-cause analysis and rapid troubleshooting for critical system outages.
- Manage user access, permissions, and Identity Management (IAM) protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration within a government or defense contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP are highly preferred.
