Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments and virtualization infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state information security standards (NIST).
- Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration within a government or enterprise environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Linux, and Active Directory.
