Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions and software applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on coding standards and best practices.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct regular code reviews and maintain documentation for all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with non-technical staff.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
