Responsibilities
- Perform systems analysis and design to meet federal compliance standards and business requirements.
- Develop, test, and implement software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Manage and optimize database architectures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and analysts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Active or Eligible for a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
